Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a senior leader to design, deploy, and continuously improve Chemical Management Services for industrial customers across Asia Pacific. You will interface with customers, suppliers, logistics, EHS, and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective, and sustainable chemical management solutions.

Based in Seletar, Singapore, you will report to Sales Director, Aerospace ANZ/SEA & CMS APA.

Qualifications

Experience in chemical supply chain management across multiple industries.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end CMS deployments.
Knowledge of Singapore/APAC regulatory requirements and EHS standards.
Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, and WMS/Chemical tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive CMS program aligned with customer and regulatory goals.
Lead end-to-end deployment including sourcing strategy, onboarding, inventory systems, and logistics setup.
Manage the chemical supply chain lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
Improve inventory levels while maintaining production continuity and reducing working capital.
Lead supplier identification, qualification, onboarding, and performance management.
Ensure successful customer onboarding and manage change across accounts.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with customers.
Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to grow CMS revenue.
Ensure compliance with destination-country regulations, environmental standards, and policies.
