Job summary

PPG in Singapore is seeking a Program Development and Implementation Manager to lead CMS programmes across Asia Pacific. This on-site role drives chemical sourcing, inventory management, supplier onboarding, and performance measurement to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in chemical supply chain, deep CMS deployment experience, and certifications such as PMP or CSCP/CPIM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in chemical supply chain management or CMS.
• 5+ years leading complex implementation programmes in multiple industries.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle and WMS; strong supplier onboarding skills.
• Certifications in PMP, CSCP/CPIM or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment and continuous improvement of CMS programmes.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment: sourcing, onboarding, inventory, warehousing.
• Manage complete chemical supply chain lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Improve inventory levels while ensuring production continuity and capital control.
• Conduct regular business reviews and develop new opportunities with accounts.
• Ensure regulatory and customer-specific compliance across APAC.
