Job summary

Chyron is seeking a dynamic Senior Pre-Sales Specialist based in Singapore to support customers and opportunities across APAC. You will partner with sales, understand requirements, design solutions, and demonstrate the value of Chyron’s broadcast graphics and live production technologies.

The role blends customer-facing communication, broadcast/IT expertise, and problem-solving to guide complex decisions in live, news, sports, virtual production, cloud, and modern production environments.

Qualifications

2+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar technical role.
Strong understanding of broadcast and live-production tech and workflows.
Experience with broadcasters, media orgs, or SI partners is desirable.
Familiar with IT, Windows/Linux, virtualization, and IP-based architectures.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage.
Ability to produce RFP/RFI/SOW responses and technical proposals.

Responsibilities

Partner with APAC Account Executives to identify requirements and priorities.
Lead technical discovery sessions and craft end-to-end solution architectures.
Design and deliver product demos, workshops, and proofs-of-concept.
Support sales with technical proposals, tenders, and solution docs.
Translate requirements into clear architectures, workflows, and configurations.
Collaborate with partners, SI, and vendors to build complete solutions.
Coordinate with PM, Eng, PS, and Support to ensure viability and fit.
Provide customer/market feedback to PM and inform product direction.
Maintain knowledge of Chyron products, cloud, IP, automation, and remote production.
Represent Chyron as a technical expert at meetings, events, and webinars.
Travel across Singapore and APAC to support customers and demos.
