Job summary

Citi is seeking an Apps Support Group Manager to lead the APAC Custody Production Management function, transforming it from reactive incident handling to proactive, resilient operations across multiple markets. You will guide stabilization of critical custody platforms, and act as a senior technology partner to internal clients, aligning technology with business needs.

• Senior Apps Support leadership with line management responsibility.
• Experience in large, multi-market tech environments is required.
• Proven track record of improving IT services and stakeholder satisfaction.
