Citi is seeking an experienced Apps Support leader to transform the APAC Custody Production Management function from reactive incident handling to a proactive, scalable operation across multiple markets. You will provide technical leadership for custody platforms, maintain availability during growth, and build trusted relationships with internal clients to support continued business expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Apps Support or related IT service delivery roles.
• Senior stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC Custody Production Management to a proactive, resilient org.
• Ensure stability and high performance of custody platforms across the tech stack.
• Partner with senior leaders and internal clients to drive business expansion and satisfaction.
• Own production stability during hyper-growth, maintaining client SLAs.
• Drive cost reductions and efficiencies via governance and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Mentor teams, manage budgets, and deliver on best-practice processes.
