Job summary

LANDI Global Partnership is seeking an After-Sales Service Manager (APAC) to lead regional post-sale service and warranty infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region. In this strategic role, you will build a high-performing authorized service provider (ASP) network, implement robust RMA workflows, and dramatically improve repair turnaround times, bridging global standards with local execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or related field.
5-8 years of regional after-sales management, technical customer service operations, or workshop/repair center management.
Experience managing hardware products, consumer electronics, or terminal-based tech infrastructures is advantageous.
Deep understanding of warranty frameworks, operational scaling, RMA processes and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RFI/RFQ procurement to source regional service providers and logistics partners.
Define evaluation criteria to grade proposals on cost and service capability.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with bidders with Legal and Procurement teams.
Recruit, onboard, and manage regional service partners and Authorized Service Centers.
Define, track, and enforce SLAs for repair quality and timelines.
Act as the regional escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure minimal client disruption.
