Job summary
Monetize More Inc. is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative for the APAC region.
This remote position begins as commission-only with uncapped earnings and transitions to fixed salary plus commission upon meeting targets. You will drive new business by identifying, engaging, and converting publisher leads into long-term clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding and growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated with a high-drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: identify high-potential APAC publishers.
- Client Engagement: build relationships and present ad-tech solutions.
- Sales Conversion: manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.
- Market Representation: represent Monetize More at industry events and webinars.
- Collaboration: work with account management and technical teams for onboarding.
- Reporting and Analytics: track performance using CRM and report progress.
- Market Intelligence: stay informed on APAC ad-tech trends and competition.
