Job summary

Industrious Asia Pacific seeks an Assistant Accounting Manager to lead full set accounting activities across APAC entities, balancing hands-on tasks with supervisory duties. You will partner with regional leadership and US controllership to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and strong controls.

You will drive the monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and process improvements while coaching junior staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience handling full sets of accounts and month-end closing.
• Experience with local GAAP guidelines and operational finance is preferred.
• Experience in supervisory roles and with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day full set accounting activities and month-end close for APAC entities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and review schedules for accuracy.
• Provide supervision and coaching to junior accounting staff and ensure internal controls.
