The role focuses on Singapore, Japan and Korea initially, with scope to scale across APAC. Strong proficiency in GAAP, ERP systems, and cross-border accounting is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience in APAC or multi-country setups.
• Proven knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements.
• Experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, and tax workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement frameworks for local compliance across APAC entities.
• Establish monthly financial statement reviews with variance explanations.
• Develop international finance policies adapted to regional needs.
• Execute monthly consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and prepare schedules.
• Support tax compliance framework development across jurisdictions.
• Partner with US-based teams to align regional and global processes.
• Leverage ERP tools to improve accounting workflows and automation.
