Avic NAC is seeking an Accounts Assistant Manager to oversee client accounting engagements and lead a growing team in Singapore. You will manage bookkeeping, closing processes, GST and payroll, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality financial statements for clients.

You will collaborate with the Director on special projects, including group consolidation and accounting system implementations, leveraging Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CA (Singapore) or accounting degree.

Responsabilités

• Managing client accounting work, including bookkeeping, monthly and annual closing, financial statements preparation, GST, withholding tax, payroll and audit support.
• Reviewing work prepared by accounts team and ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Supervising, coaching and developing junior team, including work allocation and workload management.
• Communicating with clients on accounting, tax and payroll matters and providing regular updates.
• Improving accounting processes and making effective use of cloud accounting systems such as Xero and QuickBooks Online.
• Supporting the Director with projects such as functional currency changes for financial statements, group consolidation, M&A due diligence and accounting system implementation.
