Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks an Assistant Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to join a regional team in Singapore. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across Singapore, Australia, and India, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will leverage Power BI and Business Central, drive reporting automation, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes and controls in a dynamic, regional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years FP&A / management reporting experience in a regional context.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting track record.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills with modelling and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and data modelling.
• Familiarity with Business Central or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts across Singapore, Australia, and India.
• Explain variances between budgets and actuals to management.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and management reports.
• Create Power BI dashboards for sales trends, margins, and profitability.
• Contribute to group reporting and consolidation processes (Cognos).
• Identify risks and opportunities and support decision-making.
