Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of related experience in sales administration, customer support and supply and logistics, import and export.
• Degree/Diploma in Business management or Engineering/Technical discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication with Asia counterparts.
• Ability to work in a team, build customer relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with time management.
• Ability to travel on short notice.
• Proficiency with SAP, BI, and Microsoft products; quick learner of new applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide operations support to the A&D sales team in Asia Pacific, including orders, invoices, quotations, contracts, and reports.
• Respond to complex customer inquiries on pricing, availability, delivery, and order status.
• Maintain customer and sales records; track orders, payments, commissions, and expenses; prepare sales statistics.
• Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, engineering, quality, logistics, finance and other functions to resolve issues.
• Organize and participate in customer meetings and trade shows when required.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with Key/Global accounts for aftersales support.
• Monitor delivery problems, quality questions, and follow through business processes and agreements.
