• Shape APAC Fit-for-Purpose segmentation and engagement plans.
• Define contracting standards and guardrails with Global W&T and Procurement.
• Develop and maintain centralized performance analytics and dashboards.
• Govern APAC Deliver Operations to ensure adherence to standards and KPIs.
