Job summary

NTU Singapore seeks a competent Accounts Payable professional to handle accurate, timely invoice processing and reconciliation using SAP Ariba and SAP. You will investigate exceptions, support stakeholders, and help drive process improvements and UAT for system enhancements.

With 2–3 years of AP experience and a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance, you will work closely with Procurement, Schools and Departments to ensure compliant and efficient P2P operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience or knowledge of supplier invoice processing, P2P workflows and payment controls.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow or similar ERP/workflow platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices through SAP Ariba and SAP.
• Manage invoice exceptions and assist with reconciliations and financial postings.
• Support stakeholders, perform PO/non-PO invoice validation and workflow resolution.
• Conduct month-end activities and Open Item reviews as part of AP duties.
• Assist in process improvement, SOP updates and user training.
