Google is seeking a Customer Onboarding Strategist for the ANZ market. You will own onboarding for new customers, aligning product adoption with strategic goals and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive successful ad campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales/BD/advertising or consulting, 3+ years with ANZ clients, and Cantonese fluency. You will thrive in a fast-paced, startup‑like team environment and help shape onboarding best practices for Google.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting, and with managing clients in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
• Ability to communicate in business-level Cantonese fluently to support external clients/stakeholders who communicate in Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long‑term success with their digital advertising journey.
• Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance‑enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
• Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
