Lonza Singapore is recruiting for its Career Conversion Program (CCP) with a 15‑month training, conducted on-site at the Science Park Facility. You will gain hands‑on experience in downstream purification of biologics, perform chromatography operations (AKTA), and work within GMP‑compliant processes to deliver robust data and insights.

The Career Conversion Program (CCP) training period lasts for 15 months. Structured on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided and conducted at the participating companies to facilitate the application of learning and to ensure that individuals acquire necessary competencies to perform at their job. This is a fully site‑based role at Science Park Facility. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
