Lonza Singapore at Tuas offers a fully site-based Biotechnologist role within a 15‑month CCP program. You will manufacture therapeutic proteins under cGMP, with hands-on work in clean rooms and collaboration with manufacturing teams.
The on‑the‑job training includes CIP/SIP, process understanding, and routine sampling, with support for competency development and SOP/BR documentation. A daily bus from the MRT location is provided.
This is a fully site‑based role at Singapore Tuas. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
The Career Conversion Program (CCP) training period lasts for 15 months. Structured on‑job training (OJT) will be provided and conducted at the participating companies to facilitate the application of learning and to ensure that individuals acquire necessary competencies to perform at their job.

Responsibilities
The Biotechnologist is responsible for the manufacture of therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions. Expectations for each position are built upon those described in the preceding level. There will be some physical work required to handle equipment and materials. During the course of routine work, you'll be working in clean rooms most of the time. This position reports to the Manufacturing Large Scale (20k), Small Scale (2k) or Centralized Operations Team (MCO).
Degree in relevant science discipline (Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering etc.)
