Lonza Biologics Tuas Pte Ltd in Singapore is offering a 15-month CCP training period for on-the-job training at the Tuas site. This fully site-based role supports close collaboration in manufacturing therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions.
The program emphasizes hands-on GMP tasks, strict data integrity, and adherence to safety guidelines, with a focus on developing competencies for high-quality medicines. Non-permanent placement supports peak workloads and project needs.
The Career Conversion Program (CCP) training period lasts for 15 months. Structured on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided and conducted at the participating companies to facilitate the application of learning and to ensure that individuals acquire necessary competencies to perform at their job.
This is a fully site‑based role at Singapore Tuas. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

The Biotechnologist is responsible for the manufacture of therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions. Expectations for each position are built upon those described in the preceding level. There will be some physical work required to handle equipment and materials. During the course of routine work, the Intern is expected to be working in clean rooms most of the time. This position reports to the Senior/ Section Lead/ Manager of the Manufacturing Large Scale, Small Scale or Centralized Operations Team.
This position is non-permanent and may be utilized to support peak workloads, projects, temporary backfills, or other operational needs.
