Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Professional fluency in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech.
• Experience in customer service roles and client interaction in sales or account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and sales support to Bloomberg clients across the global financial community.
• Engage with clients via Instant Bloomberg chat and other channels to resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on client initiatives and product rollouts.
• Develop knowledge of financial workflows and Bloomberg technology to enhance client outcomes.
