Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Singapore seeks a Data Analytics & Project Management Intern to drive automated reporting and data workflow improvements. You will build Power BI dashboards, standardize datasets, and contribute to governance across APAC data platforms.

You will gain hands-on experience with data consolidation, dashboard design, and SOP documentation while supporting field teams and stores.

Qualifications

• 6 months full time internship from Jan 2027 to Jun 2027
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills with both office and field teams
• Python/R is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Identify recurring manual tasks (report preparation, data consolidation, tracker updates) and redesign workflows to reduce cycle time and errors.
• Build automation using Excel Power Query/Power Pivot, Power BI dataflows, and/or Python (where applicable).
• Support digitization of trackers/forms (e.g., standardized templates, structured input, controlled master data).
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean, standardized datasets (“single source of truth”).
• Maintain backend datasets and ensure refresh schedules and data quality controls for real time dashboards.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting packs for stakeholders.
• Create clear metric definitions and user guides to enable self‑serve usage.
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for new automated workflows.
• Support ad‑hoc analytics requests tied to improving repeatable processes.
