Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Singapore offers a 6-month full-time internship from January 2027 to June 2027. You will support retail and commercial teams by turning performance data into actionable insights, aiding in planning, budgeting, and market research across travel retail outlets.

The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high-quality performance packs.

Qualifications

• Must commit to 6 months full-time internship from Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query and Excel functions.
• Proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working with commercial stakeholders; strong communication skills.
• Python/R is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries (sell-out, productivity, door performance) with commentary and action points.
• Track retail KPIs and follow up on initiatives (staffing productivity, stock availability, promo execution).
• Present insights in weekly commercial/retail meetings; document actions.
• Assist with expense tracking vs budget and last year; analyze variances and drivers.
• Support ROI/business case inputs for door investments/renovations with guidance.
• Support market research on trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in travel retail beauty.
