Qualifications

• University student or fresh graduate seeking hands-on retail operations experience.
• Willing to commit full-time internship for 6 months (Jan 2027–Jun 2027).
• Strong analytical skills, data reporting and ability to improve workflows.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; good communication.
• Team player with positive attitude and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Retail team on daily operation processes to maintain high store standards.
• Assist in store reopening planning and execution.
• Provide administrative/logistics support to retail team and stores.
• Prepare monthly retailer and shop-floor sales trend reports.
• Conduct weekly shop-floor visits to gather operational insights.
