Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Singapore seeks a Data Analytics & Project Management Intern for Travel Retail. Drive reporting automation, consolidate data, and build dashboards to support faster, data-driven decisions across APAC retail operations.

Ideal candidates have a data analytics degree, strong communication, and experience with Python and Power BI. Internship runs Jan–Jun 2027, with daily learning opportunities in a luxury house of LVMH.

Qualifications

Able to commit 6 months full-time internship from Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analytics (or equivalent).
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication skills with office and field teams.
Python/R is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Drive process efficiency by automating reporting and improving data workflows.
Identify recurring manual tasks and redesign workflows to reduce cycle time and errors.
Build automation using Excel Power Query/Power Pivot, Power BI dataflows, and/or Python.
Support digitization of trackers/forms with standardized templates.
Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean datasets; maintain data quality.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting packs.
Create clear metric definitions and user guides for self-serve usage.
Maintain SOPs and training materials for new automated workflows.
