Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a technically strong intern in Singapore who will work at the intersection of HR Total Rewards, data analytics, and automation. You will build automation tools and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and scalability of compensation and benefits processes.

The role focuses on data management, reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation, offering hands-on experience with regional projects and real-world use cases within Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, HR, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A curious and self-motivated learner who enjoys solving problems and finding better ways to do things.
• Attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through on tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to ask questions and share ideas.
• Interest in how data, technology, and business processes come together to improve decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze compensation and benefits data from multiple countries.
• Maintain trackers and reporting templates to support annual surveys, benchmarking exercises, and Rewards projects.
• Support data visualization and dashboard creation using Excel and Power BI to provide insights into compensation, benefits, and workforce trends.
• Improve manual processes (data collection, approvals, reporting, etc.) and support workflow automation using Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Document automation solutions and create user guides for business users.
• Explore practical applications of AI tools for document summarization, data extraction, report generation, and productivity improvement.
• Assist in testing and evaluating new digital solutions within the Total Rewards function.
