Bosch is seeking a motivated HR Intern in Singapore to assist with reports, dashboards, and HR data analytics, gaining exposure to HR processes and digitalization initiatives within a global organization.

You will collaborate with experienced HR professionals on projects, drive data-driven insights, and contribute to continuous improvement while expanding your skills in Power BI, AI tools, and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Interest in HR operations, digitalization, automation, or analytics.
• Interest in using digital tools like Generative AI, Power BI, Power Automate.
• Able to translate insights into meaningful business recommendations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, documentation, and communications for internal stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making and workforce insights, including exploring the application of AI tools to enhance reporting and predictive analytics.
• Contribute to HR process improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Participate in HR projects, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders where required.
• Provide support for other HR activities, initiatives, and ad hoc projects as assigned.
