Job summary

Temasek is seeking a Data Analyst within the O&P NET team in Singapore to support the roll-out of the Talent Database system and integrate AI into workflows using tools like Power Automate, UiPath, Tableau, Snowflake Cortex Agent, and SaaS solutions.

You will develop AI/ML use cases, govern data quality, and contribute to reporting, analytics, and CRM/talent database improvements, collaborating across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in building AI-powered solutions and data governance is desirable.
• Ability to maintain and update large datasets and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data dictionary, CRM and talent databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML use cases to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze data to provide insights and drive improvements.
• Govern data quality and maintain the data dictionary.
• Support reporting and analytics with dashboards and reports.
• Participate in NET function process re-imagination to drive outcomes.
• Develop Agents to streamline NET processes and reporting.
