Job summary

Williams-Sonoma Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst who can transform raw data into actionable business insights, leveraging analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to boost efficiency and decision-making across the Sourcing organization.

You will build dashboards, optimize data models, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-informed solutions while promoting data governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience turning data into actionable reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Proficiency in SQL data modeling, data mining, and segmentation.
• Experience applying AI for data analysis, report generation, workflow automation is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand WSI Sourcing workflows, processes, and data requirements.
• Interpret data and analyze results to provide reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Develop data collection methods, analytics methodologies, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decisions.
• Design, develop, and optimize data models, ETL, and reporting solutions.
• Filter and cleanse data to resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize information needs and deliver analytics solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement via data analytics and automation.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
