Job summary

Lonza Biologics Tuas Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a qualified lab analyst to support analytical testing of final products, in-process samples and raw materials using spectroscopy and chromatography methods.

You will document results per cGMP, assist with method transfers and validation, qualify QC equipment, and provide general lab support to ensure quality across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant Science field.
• Familiar with spectroscopy and chromatography methods (HPLC).
• Experience in biotech or medically related lab settings.
• Ability to solve problems and analyze results.
• Experience with method transfers, validation, and QC equipment qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and perform testing/analysis to support business requirements.
• Analyze final product, in-process, and raw material samples according to SOPs.
• Document and review results per cGMP.
• Troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment.
• Involve in method transfers and validation.
• Participate in equipment qualification and selection of QC equipment/reagents.
• Perform assay trend analysis and document revisions.
• General lab support: housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, ordering, glassware, autoclaving.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
