Job summary

Lonza Singapore in Tuas is seeking a Senior Analyst, QC to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of products manufactured for patients worldwide. You will perform testing, support method transfers and validations, and lead laboratory investigations within a GMP-regulated environment.

The role requires hands-on experience in analytical QC, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to data integrity as part of a global team.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related).
• GMP-regulated pharma/Life Sciences QC experience.
• Hands-on in Product Testing, Raw Material Testing, or Microbiology/Environmental Monitoring.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, PCR, CE, SDS-PAGE, IEF/icIEF, spectroscopy, TOC, osmolality, flow cytometry, environmental monitoring or compendial testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review testing of materials and finished products per approved methods and cGMP.
• Support method transfers, method validations, and equipment qualification.
• Lead OOS, deviation, and laboratory investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Author and maintain laboratory documentation includingChange Controls, test methods, SOPs, protocols, and technical reports.
• Serve as a trainer and technical resource for analytical methods and QC practices.
• Support laboratory operations including reagent prep, sample management, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement, data integrity, and lab performance.
