Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a QC-Analyst, Biochemistry to perform analytical testing, support method transfers and validations, and troubleshoot laboratory methods in a GMP environment. You will document data and investigate issues to ensure high quality products.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related field.
• 0–5 years of Quality Control or lab experience in biopharma, biotech, or pharma.
• Hands-on experience with ELISA, PCR, SDS-PAGE, IEF potency assays and Biacore.

Responsibilities

• Perform and prioritize testing of final product, in-process, and stability samples per approved methods and cGMP.
• Execute biochemical and analytical methods including ELISA, PCR, SDS-PAGE, IEF potency assays and Biacore.
• Support method transfers, validations, equipment qualification and lab troubleshooting.
• Document, review, and maintain laboratory data and records per GMP and data integrity.
• Investigate OOS, deviations and analytical issues; support root cause analysis and reports.
• Author and maintain quality documentation including Change Controls, SOPs and methods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, lab operations, equipment maintenance and training.
