Job summary

Biosensors Interventional Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable Laboratory Supervisor to coordinate daily chemistry and physical testing of finished product samples and ensure on-time lot release.

You will plan and schedule activities, maintain lab equipment, perform troubleshooting, support audits, implement CAPA and quality improvements, and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and ISO standards. LC/GC/UV-Vis expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science (Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or related).
• 3–5 years laboratory experience.
• Able to operate LC, GC and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.
• Knowledge of GLP and analytical test methods.
• Experience in QA/QC operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with cGMP, MDD, ISO 9001, EN 46001 and ISO 13485.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule chemistry/physical lab activities and perform tests on finished products and non-routine studies.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration programs for QC operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and document investigations of non-conformances.
• Support internal/external audits and address post-audit findings.
• Lead validation assessments and ensure timely project delivery in the lab.
• Coordinate with external vendors for calibration/maintenance of equipment.
• Assist method transfer/validation and equipment qualification as needed.
• Review product quality trends and ensure compliance within timelines.
• Drive 5S and LEAN lab practices to meet GLP standards.
