CFA Institute in Singapore seeks an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support our investment team in private equity direct and co-investment, as well as fund investments and fundraising in Asia Pacific. The role reports to the VP and involves coordinating with lawyers, consultants and other stakeholders on assigned portfolios.

The ideal candidate is tertiary qualified, with 1–2 years PE/IB/M&A experience, strong financial modeling, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualified; CFA preferred.
• At least 1–2 years PE / Investment Bank / M&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills (DCFs, etc); willing to learn and a fast learner.
• Collaborative and a team player; keen to build a career in PE; willing to put in the hours.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa would be an advantage.

Our client is a growing PE fund in the mid markets space, seeking an Analyst /Senior Analyst for their Investment team (new position). Reporting to the VP of the team, the successful candidate will support private equity direct / co-investment, fund investment and fund-raising activities in the Asia Pacific region. Liaising with internal and external parties (lawyers, consultants) on assigned portfolios are also expected.

Required competencies and experience :

1. Tertiary qualified; CFA preferred.
2. At least 1-2 years PE / Investment Bank / M&A experience.
3. Strong financial modeling skills (DCFs, etc); willing to learn and a fast learner.
4. Collaborative and a team player; keen to build a career in PE; willing to put in the hours.
5. In view of existing client portfolios, fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa would be an advantage.
