Job summary

The National University of Singapore invites applications for the role of Manager, Alumni Engagement (Asia Pacific). You will engage alumni residing in the Asia Pacific region outside Singapore and plan, organise and deliver alumni-focused programmes, events and activities in the region.

You will work with overseas alumni networks, curate events in gateway cities, draft speeches for NUS leaders, and support other OAR activities. Some travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree with at least 5 years of proven track record in engagement, partnership or marketing.
• Strong communication skills, culturally aware and diplomatic.
• Willingness to travel beyond regular office hours and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage alumni residing in the Asia Pacific region outside Singapore.
• Plan, organise and deliver alumni-focused programmes, events and activities in the region.
• Collaborate with Asia Pacific alumni networks and NUS colleagues.
• Draft speeches for NUS leaders speaking at alumni events.
• Support other Office of Alumni Relations activities as needed.
