Job summary

ALUMINATE PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors to keep work progressing according to drawings and schedules.

You will inspect workmanship, monitor materials and equipment, ensure safety compliance with Singapore regulations, and conduct toolbox talks while maintaining daily site records and progress reports for review by the project team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities and workers.
• Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and site workers.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure work meets required quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment at the worksite.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, WSH requirements and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox meetings.
• Identify and resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
• Maintain daily site records, attendance and progress reports.
