Job summary

PAN SING PTE. LTD. on-site construction role requiring aluminum/glazing design and site engineering experience in Singapore. You will support the Project Manager, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and a collaborative, proactive attitude with willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in aluminium and glazing design/site engineering.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (or higher).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred; foreign candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Responsible, organized, and possess good communication skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily on-site construction activities.
• Ensure all works follow safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure QA/QC requirements are met.
• Provide clear instructions to subcontractors per drawings.
• Manage safety risks, site challenges, and technical issues.
• Prepare installation sequences and micro-schedules for façades.
• Coordinate with Main Contractor and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor and update daily site progress and project reports.
• Maintain records of site inspections, deliveries, and activities.
• Arrange site testing and inspections with vendors and RTO/RE.
• Plan and manage site materials and equipment delivery.
• Support timely submission of material samples and mock-ups.

Job Scope

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction activities on site to ensure project progress and quality targets are met
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Ensure all works comply with QA/QC requirements
• Provide clear instructions to subcontractors to ensure installation works are carried out according to approved construction drawings
• Manage construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues on site
• Prepare installation sequences and micro-schedules for façade elements based on construction drawings
• Coordinate with the Main Contractor and subcontractors on site installation and quality matters
• Monitor and update daily site/project progress reports
• Maintain proper records of site inspection reports, material deliveries, and site activities
• Arrange and coordinate site testing and inspections with vendors and RTO/RE
• Plan and manage site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Assist the Project Manager in the timely submission of material samples and mock‑ups for approval
