Job summary

SAS ELECTRICAL & SECURITY SYSTEM PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, and ensure timely, budget-conscious completion of projects.

You will read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, enforce WSH regulations, track materials, and report progress to Project Managers to enable informed decisions. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential to drive productivity and safety on site.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant site experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and managing workforce activities.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct site workers and coordinate subcontractors daily to achieve timely completion of construction tasks
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
• Analyze architectural and structural drawings to verify adherence to client quality standards
• Monitor and track material usage accurately to support project budgeting and prevent delays
• Communicate site progress and challenges clearly to Project Managers to facilitate informed decision-making
• Lead and organize workforce activities to improve site productivity and operational efficiency
