Job summary

The Asian Institute for Healthcare Leadership and Management (Asian HEAL) within SingHealth's International Collaborations Division seeks a Programme Administrator to support Executive Master and Executive Programmes delivered in English and Mandarin. You will be the operational anchor, ensuring smooth programme delivery and an excellent participant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Engage with senior-level executives, faculty and teams across functions.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support programme development, planning and administration of Asian HEAL's Executive Master Programme and Executive Programmes in English and Mandarin.
• Serve as the operational anchor to ensure smooth delivery and excellent participant experience.
• Collaborate with Programme Leads, faculty and partners on design, learning journeys, site immersions and delivery formats.
• Act as key contact for partners, clients and internal stakeholders on contractual and operational matters; oversee external vendors.
• Support proposals, scoping, structuring and costing; assist client engagement and partnership development.
• Assist administrative and financial tasks: Letters of Engagement, service agreements, vendor contracts, budgets, invoicing and payments.
• Liaise with finance, procurement and marketing to ensure timely processing and policy compliance.
• Administer Executive Master student lifecycle: admissions, enrolment, billing; maintain records and support evaluation and reporting.
