Job summary

Position Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional design experience, ideally within a high-volume, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from brief to production, within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, vendor liaison, and production logistics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and related tools.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and senior leaders.
  • Experience in setting up and managing systems for design requests, workflow tracking, and asset libraries.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior staff or student contributors.
  • Flexible, proactive, and innovative, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Professional Educational qualifications e.g. Advanced Diploma in Arts/ Illustration, Graphic and Creative Design
  • Minimum of 5 years design experience
  • Proven experience in managing design projects
