Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily airport service operations, ground support activities, and assigned operational duties.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, staff duty rosters, shift schedules, and daily work assignments.
• Monitor airport service activities to ensure timely completion of operational tasks and client requirements.
• Supervise airport service personnel and operational support teams to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, airline representatives, ground handling agents, and internal departments regarding operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations, aviation security procedures, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct regular operational inspections to monitor staff performance, service standards, and workplace safety.
• Handle service disruptions, manpower shortages, operational delays, and customer-related concerns.
• Monitor the proper utilisation of airport equipment, operational facilities, and assigned resources.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, manpower deployment, operational activities, and service performance.
• Prepare daily operational reports, incident reports, and performance updates for management review.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to airport service personnel on operational procedures and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist management in implementing standard operating procedures and improving airport service efficiency.
• Support workforce planning, operational resource allocation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
