Job summary

AIR-Q MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Aviation Operations Supervisor to oversee daily airport operations, ground handling, and aviation support services.

You will supervise operational personnel, manage manpower deployment, and ensure safe and efficient operations in line with aviation regulations and company standards. The role requires strong leadership, meticulous records, and the ability to coordinate with airport authorities and airline representatives to maintain service

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily aviation operations, airport ground handling activities, and operational support services.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, staff duty rosters, shift schedules, and daily operational assignments.
• Monitor airport operational activities to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and service requirements.
• Supervise aviation ground personnel and operational support teams to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, airline representatives, ground handling agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, airport security procedures, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor the utilisation of ground support equipment, operational facilities, and assigned resources.
• Conduct routine operational inspections and evaluate staff performance, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Manage operational disruptions, manpower shortages, service delays, and other aviation-related operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, manpower deployment, operational activities, and service performance.
• Prepare daily operational reports, incident reports, and performance updates for management review.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to operational staff regarding aviation safety, security requirements, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective communication and timely execution of aviation service assignments.
• Support management in workforce planning, resource allocation, operational improvements, and customer service requirements.
