Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, develop and implement ground services procedures to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Maintain the operational manuals to ensure compliance with the Air Navigation Order, IOSA and Star Alliance Core Values.
• Provide input on ground services procedures for enquiries from stations and other departments.
• Monitor and improve Network's OTP, Ground CSAT and Stations' Performance.
• Custodian of Minimum Ground Time (MGT) framework.
