Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily airport logistics operations, cargo handling, and transportation activities.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment, staff rosters, shift schedules, and daily logistics assignments.
• Oversee cargo receiving, loading, unloading, sorting, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with ground handling teams, transport personnel, cargo agents, and airport service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor cargo movements, delivery schedules, and logistics performance for timely completion.
• Supervise logistics personnel and handling staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations, aviation security procedures, and workplace safety policies.
• Monitor utilization of logistics equipment, facilities, vehicles, and resources.
• Conduct routine operational inspections and monitor staff performance and procedures.
• Handle cargo delays, manpower shortages, disruptions, and logistics-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, attendance, deployment, and activities.
• Prepare daily operational reports and performance updates for management.
• Assist in planning logistics resources, manpower requirements, and improvements.
• Coordinate with clients, airlines, freight forwarders, and stakeholders regarding service requirements.

5. Monitor cargo movements, delivery schedules, and logistics performance to ensure timely completion of assignments.

6. Supervise logistics personnel, cargo handling staff, and operational support teams to maintain productivity and service quality.

7. Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations, aviation security procedures, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.

8. Monitor the proper utilisation of logistics equipment, cargo handling facilities, vehicles, and operational resources.

9. Conduct routine operational inspections and monitor staff performance, workplace safety, and cargo handling procedures.

10. Handle cargo delays, manpower shortages, operational disruptions, and logistics-related issues.

11. Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, employee attendance, manpower deployment, and logistics activities.

12. Prepare daily operational reports, cargo handling records, incident reports, and performance updates for management.

14. Coordinate with clients, airlines, freight forwarders, and relevant stakeholders regarding cargo handling and service requirements.
