• Plan and allocate manpower according to operational requirements and customer needs.
• Maintain employee attendance records, duty rosters, work schedules, and operational reports.
• Liaise with clients, drivers, and management to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor vehicle utilisation, transport efficiency, and daily operational performance.
• Ensure employees comply with workplace safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Assist management in workforce planning, operational improvements, and resource allocation.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on transportation activities, manpower utilisation, and operational performance.
