PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service frontline associate stationed at Changi Airport.

You will greet passengers, provide directions, share flight information, and guide visitors to dining and retail options. The role requires strong communication and a calm demeanor under pressure. You will respond to inquiries across calls, emails, chatbot, and social media while supporting daily airport operations and handling incidents professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and calm under pressure.
• Willing to commit shifts, including weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions.
• Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options.
• Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media.
• Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally.
• Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed.
