Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is hiring for an airport passenger service role in Singapore on a 1-year contract. You will assist passengers at self-service kiosks and bag drop, guide travelers to assigned areas, and support check-in, security, and gate operations.

The position requires rotating shifts, weekend/public holiday rosters, and is open to Singaporean applicants only. Training will be provided, with transport/cab claim available for late shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to all rotating shifts.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays based on roster.
• Only Singaporean may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers at self-service kiosks and bag drop areas
• Guide passengers and foreign crew to assigned areas
• Assist passengers through check-in and security screening
• Support departure and arrival gate operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
