ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. at Changi Airport seeks a Customer Service Officer to support airport operations. You will manage counter fulfilment for iShopChangi orders, verify details in the WMS, and assist customers with enquiries, rewards, and promotions.

The role requires 1+ year in logistics, warehousing, retail or hospitality; you must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level with English and three subjects.
• At least 1 year in logistics, warehousing, retail or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with mobile/digital systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused communication.
• Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts incl. weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Fulfil iShopChangi orders at the collection counter.
• Receive and process orders using the Warehouse Management System.
• Verify product details and customer information before handover.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with merchants for timely fulfilment.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Handle customer enquiries, Changi Rewards, promotions.
• Promote services including concierge and rewards programs.
• Follow SOPs and maintain service standards.
• Transfer, deliver and collect items between counters and backrooms.
• Pick and pack items for collection or delivery.
• Check orders for accuracy and condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of counter/backroom.
