Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) in Changi is seeking an experienced airfreight import professional to manage end-to-end shipments and act as the primary customer contact. You will coordinate with airlines, customs, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery and billing.

Role requires hands-on airfreight import experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Qualifications

Experience in airfreight import customer service or operations.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with multi-shipment handling capability.
Hands-on CargoWise experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, including arrival coordination, documentation, customs clearance, delivery arrangement, billing, and closure.
Serve as main contact for customers on import enquiries, updates and resolution of issues.
Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, customs, and internal teams.
Monitor shipment status to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Resolve delays and documentation discrepancies proactively.
Maintain accurate shipment records and supporting documents.
Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Support junior team members on import procedures and documentation (Senior role).
Escalate unresolved operational issues to management and ensure follow-up.
