Job summary

The HR Ecology Pte Ltd is currently hiring for a cargo bookings coordinator in Singapore. The role focuses on managing cargo bookings, handling changes and enquiries, and communicating status updates to customers from East Area.

You will monitor flight capacity, allocate cargo, and coordinate with interline partners to ensure on-time movement of shipments, working closely with Sales and Operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cargo bookings and customer requests
• Handle booking changes, cancellations and enquiries
• Monitor flight capacity and booking levels
• Arrange cargo allocation and prioritisation
• Update customers on flight schedules, delays and shipment status
• Follow up on delayed, offloaded or short-shipped cargo
• Arrange rebooking and alternative flights when needed
• Coordinate shipments with interline partners
• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams
• Ensure shipments move smoothly and on time
