in Singapore is seeking a Cargo Booking Coordinator to handle cargo bookings for direct and interline flights, plan flights based on payload and capacity, and coordinate with sales and operations to optimize capacity and meet customer requirements. You will monitor bookings and disruptions, manage allocation and prioritisation, provide timely updates to customers, arrange recovery or rebooking, and work Monday to Friday 8:30–18:00 with alternate Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Handle cargo bookings for direct and interline flights, including reservations and amendments
• Perform flight planning based on payload, capacity and booking levels to optimize utilization
• Monitor booking levels, no-shows, offloads and shipment recovery
• Manage booking allocation and cargo prioritization based on capacity and requirements
• Provide customers with timely updates on booking status, flight changes, delays and disruptions
• Coordinate and follow up on interline connections and onward movement of shipments
• Monitor shipment movements and follow up on irregularities, delays, short-shipped cargo and service issues
• Arrange shipment recovery, rebooking and alternative flight options in events of offloads, disruptions
• Coordinate closely with sales and operations on capacity requirements, booking priorities and customer requirements
