Job summary

Bombardier in Singapore seeks an experienced aircraft maintenance project professional to lead multi-aircraft programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on schedule and budget. You will manage timelines, risk, and customer communications throughout the maintenance lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in heavy/line maintenance and a solid grasp of NAA, EASA, and FAR regulations, with strong planning and people skills to drive successful outcomes while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance.
• Knowledge of local regulation (NAA) and international regs (EASA, FAR 91/121/135/145).
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance inspection programs for business jets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and with agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities for multi-assignment work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer primary point-of-contact for communication, coordination, and quotes.
• Manage multiple aircraft projects, identifying risks and constraints.
• Develop and maintain timelines (Gantt) and schedules through delivery and follow-up.
• Monitor work flow to keep packages on schedule and within budget per procedures.
• Facilitate status meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support RTS activities and generate maintenance and other employee reports.
• Review invoices and margin analysis, and assist with warranty discussions.
• Coordinate with customer on site visits and entertainment arrangements, if needed.
